Alexandra Rothwell Kelly
To develop our menu, we worked with Alexandra Rothwell Kelly, a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Public Health and over a decade of experience in the nutrition field. In clinical settings, she has worked extensively with general oncology patients and breast cancer survivors, where she developed wellness programming and conducted research in integrative medicine. More recently, she has worked with health-focused food and technology companies. Alexandra conducts individualized nutrition and lifestyle counseling with a “whole-food” approach, helping people break free from diet cycles and learn to nourish themselves holistically.
