Drink the Rainbow
A love letter to the Bay Area, Assistant General Manager Lauren Fitzgerald, has created a bar program that is seasonal, local and fresh. The drinks at our bar place just as much emphasis on working with local farmers, sustainability and low-waste as the food. Using seasonal juices, superfoods, herbs, homemade extracts, shrubs and tinctures, the drinks seek to complement the cuisine. We are committed to keeping our footprint minimal, using many local spirits at the bar, and featuring a wine list that is exclusively local, vegan, organic and biodynamic – always being conscious of our impact on the environment, and giving our guests the best options possible.Cocktail Menu
